Privacy policy

Who we are

Bab Sahtek is an online shop for DXN products serving the Moroccan public. It is responsible for the personal data collected on this site, under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. For any question, write to us through the Contact page.

What we collect

For an order: name, phone, city, address and the optional note you add. For a message: name, phone and/or email and your message. For a DXN membership request: full name, gender, birth date, nationality, phone, email (optional), preferred language, address, region, city and post code; the site never asks for an ID document or tax number. For a review: name, city (optional), rating and text. To limit abuse we also store an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, which cannot be turned back into the address. Your cart is kept only in your browser. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies: a single technical cookie remembers your chosen language during your visit. To see how many people visit, we use Vercel's visit statistics, which work without cookies: they count page views, country, device type and the site you came from, without identifying you.

Why we use it

To prepare and deliver your order, call you to confirm it, answer your messages, present DXN membership if you ask for it, and publish your review once approved. A published review shows your name, your city if you give it, your rating and your text. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who can see it

Only the shop administrator looks at your data. The site is hosted by Vercel and the data is stored with Supabase on servers in Paris (France). If you choose to send your order or message through WhatsApp, that service applies its own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your order or request and follow it up, then for as long as our legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete it at any time, within the limits set by law.

Your rights

Under Law No. 09-08 you can access your data, have it corrected, or object to its processing on legitimate grounds. Write to us through the Contact page with your name and phone number. You can also contact the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP), www.cndp.ma.
